Honey’s Bistro & Bakery

Honey’s Bistro & Bakery has been a staple of downtown Encinitas since 1992. Located on Coast Highway 101 just blocks from the beach, we serve hearty breakfast and lunch favorites, fresh-baked goods, and locally roasted coffee in a cozy, laid-back setting. Our menu includes homestyle comfort food, vegetarian options, and seasonal specials—all served with a side of beach-town charm.

Encinitas has always had a small-town feel with big heart. Honey’s was purchased by Jaime Osuna in 1997 after years of working his way up in restaurants. He started as a busser, became a manager, and eventually saved enough to buy his first business right here in Encinitas. Our roots run deep in this community, and it’s our honor to serve locals and visitors who’ve supported us for decades.
