2. Taste of Encinitas
When: Tuesday, August 26, 2025 ⏰ 5:30–8:30 PM
Where: Downtown Encinitas
Details: Returning for its 36th year, this sold‑out tasting event features food samples from 20+ restaurants, beer and wine “Sip Stops,” and live music. Hosted by Encinitas 101 MainStreet. Tickets went live July 2 for $60—don’t wait! .
