PRESENTED BY THE DOWNTOWN ENCINITAS MAINSTREET ASSOCIATION, the Taste of MainStreet has become one of the largest and most successful events of its kind in San Diego County. Participating restaurants will offer delicious samples of a vast variety of food. Guests will be treated to 39 different taste sensations.  And to celebrate our 21st birthday, signature and happy hour cocktails will be available at 8 locations.

Taste of Main Restaurant Participation Map Tickets are $25 (cash, check or Visa/Discover/MasterCard) and are available for sale beginning August 5th, 2010. They will be available for sale on line at the DEMA store or at the DEMA office and may be picked up Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm & from 9am to 8:30pm the day of the event.

Tickets are strictly limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are unable to get a ticket, we invite you to come downtown, mingle with your friends, listen to some good music playing at several venues along the coast highway and enjoy a meal at any one of our featured restaurants.

I would like to purchase tickets to the Taste of Mainstreet but I will be out of town from August 3rd through the 6th. Is it possible to purchase tickets before I leave? I’m just concerned that the tickets will be sold out prior to my return.

You will be fine to purchase them online on August 6th. They will not sell out in just one day. Thanks for your concern though and we will see you at the Taste of MainStreet!

I payed for my tickets but lost my receipt, can I still pick up tickets at the Dema office?

Hi Eva,

I am assuming you ordered them online? No receipt needed, just give us your last name and we will give you your tickets. We are open M-F 9-5. Thanks!

Hi Tammy, You do have to pick up tickets at the DEMA office at 818 S. Coast Hwy 101. We are open until 9pm tonight so swing by our office before you start the evening.

I just purchased two tickets online for the Taste of Encinitas, today at about 12:55 p.m. Do I pick them up tonight at the DEMA office? Also, where is it located. Thanks.

You pick up tickets at the DEMA office at 818 S. Coast Hwy 101. Call us at 760-943-1950 with any questions. We are here all night so you can pick up your tickets right before you start tasting.
