Meeting Scheduled for Restaurateurs to Hear New Policies for Sidewalk Dining Before They Go to City Council for Approval
3PM , WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 5, 2011 – POINSETTIA ROOM AT CITY HALL
City Council will hear City Staff’s recommendations for outdoor sidewalk dining on November 16, 2011. The new policies are based on safety and ADA issues.
Before Staff takes the issue and proposed policy back to the City Council, they would like to touch base with DEMA and the restaurant owners about the proposed parameters of the policy, including timing of implementation and enforcement of its provisions.
